Accessing Patient Reports and Imagesssss

We pride ourselves on offering your patient’s imaging reports to be accessed as soon as they are complete, generally on the same day.

Reports can be accessed in the following ways:

Secure download directly into your practice software

For clinics with compatible Practice Management software, or when using the online viewer, we can send electronic reports directly to you. Using secure messaging, your reports can be accessed quickly and securely linking directly into your patient files for fast, paperless patient management.

View reports using Visage accounts

All reports are visible alongside patient images through our Visage software. These reports are available to be downloaded as a PDF or printed. You must be set up with a Visage account to access reports in this way.

Faxed to your clinic

Reports can be faxed automatically to your practice or preferred fax line as soon as it is completed.

Your Visage account gives instant viewing access to patient images as soon as the images are taken and verified by our expert technical staff.

This is the best way of viewing images if you use a desktop or laptop computer during your consultations. The Visage 7 Client software gives you a full range of features including side by side image comparison and full DICOM access. Additional software is required to be installed on your computer.

Users require a Visage account username and password. Please fill out the Visage account application form to set up an account and obtain your login details.
Visage 7 Web Viewer:
Our Web viewer allows quick assess to patient images through your preferred web browser. Using your Visage account login details you can quickly access patient images and results wherever you are consulting. No additional software is required to use this service and the access is automatically included in your Visage account.
Accessing images via reports:
Images can be accessed directly from diagnostic reports by clicking on the links within the report. You will need to have a Visage account and be logged into Visage to view images in this way.

Visage Ease is available on any iOS device, including iPads and iPhones. Using your Visage account details to log in, you can view patient images whilst on the go.

Visage Ease is available on any iOS device, including iPads and iPhones.
Using your Visage account details to login, you can view patient images whilst on the go. Simply download the app and your patient images are instantly available on your iOS device. Please note this service is not currently compatible with Android devices.

Images can also be provided on CD, DVD, USB and secure link.

We can supply digital devices with our Visage DICOM viewer software attached, making it a simple and fast way to view your patient images. Just plug the USB, CD, or DVD into your computer and the software will launch automatically. These are usually provided to patients after their appointment when requested by their referring practitioner and may come with a small fee. Additionally, we can email images to you via a secure link which can be easily downloaded by clicking on the link.

Live Connect with a Radiologist

Imaging Associates now offers Visage Live Connect – a secure method of screensharing images to enable our referring practitioners to discuss and collaborate with the specialist radiologist on patient diagnoses in real time. No additional software or accounts are needed to access this service.

Referrers can access this feature by contacting the relevant Imaging Associates Radiologist. The consulting radiologist will advise which of the following links to select for screen sharing access:
